Help us kick start Luminaires Charitable Trust by supporting us to formally secure the rights to our first production.
Canterbury
Exciting times are ahead for Luminaires Charitable Trust!!!
We, the trustees are incredibly passionate about providing access to performing arts for all tamariki. Our aim is to give young people SUPPORTED access to the performing arts, with an emphasis on seeking and supporting those who otherwise may not have the opportunity. Luminaires does this by providing possibilities of participation and skill development while producing affordable high quality experiences to a youth audience.
Here's where we need your help. We have secured provisional rights to stage our first production (squeal!!) but none of this comes without a cost. (Booking fee and royalties). As a registered charitable trust we will be lodging formal funding applications to the appropriate bodies...but to do that we need to show them that we have the official staging rights...catch 22 of starting up our wee empire.
We have set up a give a little page and would love if you could help us raise the first $2500. If you own a business we would love to talk about how we could reciprocate your generosity through our social media and show programmes
If your kids enjoy theatre, would love to be in a show or simply love watching a great show then follow our social media to keep an eye out for upcoming opportunities.
