Hello, I’m Kris

Earlier this year I achieved something I never thought possible — I qualified for the Ironman World Championships in Nice, France. It’s the pinnacle of our sport: 3.8km swim, 180km bike, and a full marathon to finish (226km in total).

This is more than just a race for me. It’s the result of:

• 44 weeks of training alongside a full-time job

• Countless early mornings and late nights

• Overcoming injuries and setbacks along the way

• The dream of proving that an everyday Kiwi can push limits and take on the world stage
