Help little Evan get cochlear implants.

Our little boy, Evan, was born on the 12th of April 2023. After Evan failed 3 hearing tests, they came to the conclusion that he was born with severe hearing loss. This means that he must receive 2 cochlear implants once he is 6 months old.
Unfortunately, cochlear implants are only funded for New Zealand Citizens and Permanent Residents, and we only have Residence, which means it will not be funded. The average cost of one cochlear implant can range from $30,000 to $50,000.
Please help us so that Evan can have normal hearing and develop his speech so that he can lead a normal life.

Evan received his cochlear implants :) ! 1 November 2023
Hello everyone. We want to say thanks, to everyone, from the bottom of our hearts for the care, support and contributions. Evan received his implants and it was a huge success! We also received very good news: The cochlear implant team came back to us, the entire procedure and implants are funded for residents!!
We know times are tough, so we are willing to repay everyone's money. If you don't want your money back, we will donate part of it to someone who needs cochlear implants, and keep the other part to be able to stay at home with Evan a little longer, so that I (mom) can be available, at all times, for his appointments.
