Help Little Hunter & Megan

Megan is a solo mother of a beautiful little boy and also too her 3 beautiful sisters (under tragic circumstances). She puts everything into her 4 children in her care while asking of nothing for herself. Please pay it forward by showing a selfless young mother what help we can show her.

Megan & Hunters Story...

When hunter was 4 months old a little spot appeared beside his eye,

A couple of weeks went on and it started getting bigger ,

I took him to a skin specialist who put a referral through for surgery to remove the angioma

And said come back to get it checked in a couple of weeks ,

Meanwhile most days it bleeds non stop for hours !, One day it bled for 5 hours straight !,

A night in hospital and sent home to wait for a surgery date ,

It’s now been 2 months ,

Had 2 trips to a and e , 2 trips to the hospital ,

And the latest news is starship won’t operate because we don’t live in that part of Auckland , Middlemore will operate but we are on a list waiting ,

Has been looked into and told far down the list with months to wait , I’ve been put onto a private surgeon that will cost big bucks when actually these things should be done through the public health sector so much faster !!

Seriously how is it ok for a baby to have blood in his eye daily and be held down to have pressure put on his eye to stop it bleeding when all he wants to do is move around and be his happy little self ! It bleeds during the middle of the night without him even touching it ,

And bleeds when he bumps int,

I actually just don’t even have time to sit still for hours doing it either ! Ahhhh 😫😫😫😫
