Help baby Levi and the whole Burgess family live their new temporary family life in NICU in the Hawke’s Bay.
Hastings, Hawke's Bay
A week after Jay and Hannah tied the knot in NZ, little Levi Jack decided to arrive extremely early at 29 weeks! Team Burgess are now having to stay in New Zealand for at least another 10 weeks and could use the support of family and friends. Located up in Hastings away from Hannah’s family home and their home in Melbourne, life has been turned upside down while they stay in the Hawke’s Bay in NICU. Baby Levi and the whole family could use any support you can offer and hugely appreciate.
My sister and brother in law could use all the help they can get.
Money will help with hospital costs, accommodation expenses, transport costs and day to day living.
Levi update 22 January 2023
Thank you everyone for your support to Jay, Hannah, Rory and Levi so far. Levi is 2 weeks old and making progress each day! He’s come off breathing support today and his TPN line will be out soon. Hopefully a place opens up in Palmerston North NICU so the Burgess family can be transferred closer to home. Money raised is helping with accommodation and living costs. Jay and Hannah are so humbled by everyone’s generosity, kind words and prayers. They still have a long way to go before returning to home in Melbourne but are thankful for everyone’s love and support.
