Help Luana get to Ironman World Champs

On the 4th of March 2023 I raced Ironman NZ (for those that may not know Ironman consists of a 3.8km swim/180km bike/42km run , yes all in one day!)

I finished in 12hrs 23min placing 2nd in my age group and earning a slot for the coveted Ironman World Champs in Kona Hawaii on October 14th this year.

Training for this event has seen me completing around 18hrs total of swim/bike/run sessions per week, not to mention the strength, physio and Massage. A lot of sweat, time and sacrifice has gone into making this dream a reality.

I am seizing this opportunity to go as only the top placed competitors in each age group qualify BUT,

As an amateur, individual athlete I get no sponsorship or funding assistance to help me get to this event .

The trip will cost in the ballpark of $20,000 for me and my support team of my husband and 8yr old daughter (i cant do this without them) for airfares and accommodation and car hire .
