Funds required to attend a training program in IVF and Molecular biology at UK.

Otago

Hi I am a Master's student studying at University of Otago. I want funds to attend a training program at Kent University (UK).

The project is all about Invitro Fertilization(IVF) and Molecular biology. I am really very keen on attending this training program and help the world with whatever I can do in this field. It will also help me for my future research projects which will be soon starting.

I am a student in New Zealand and I don't work. Hence I want funds to be raised for attending this training program.

The training includes:

- -Reproduction in mammals - Introduction to animal IVF

-Andrology theory(semen analysis, sperm preparation for ART)

-Embryo Biopsy and sex determination from single cells

-Fertility screening Chromosomes in Birds and Sex Chromosome

-Development of reproductive medicine

This project complements my on going Master's study in Genetical Microbiology/Immunology

Use of funds

The funds will be used for my registration fees, travel and accommodation .

2% Effective Fee
On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
