Help Me Attend Iris Global Acting School in LA

My name is Nadine Kemp. I am a Christian Actor, Dancer and Producer who is passionate about glorifying God in the secular creative arts and media industry.

Iris Global is a Christian organisation, founded by Rolland and Heidi Baker. I have been accepted into the Iris Film, Acting, Art and Music School (ILAFAM) in Los Angeles, USA.

It is a six week intensive course for those who feel called to the entertainment industry and is an intentional time of seeking God, building relationships, training and collaborating with other artists.

The acting intensive is designed by Diane Venora (Greys Anatomy, Romeo + Juliet). She is a graduate of the acclaimed Juilliard School in New York City (1977), she has worked for over 30 years professionally in the States and internationally, and is also a woman of formidable faith.

Last year, I dedicated myself to training professionally as an actor. I came away from that experience with a great practical base but I found myself constantly challenged and unsupported in my faith. I haven’t learnt how to integrate my faith into my craft in a secular environment.

I believe that this training will provide me with the insight and support I need to glorify God in my craft and represent Him in the secular industry.

In order to get there I need to raise $5000 for school fees and accommodation costs by May 15th, 2018.
