Help bring Boss home to his Mum and human siblings 💚
Canterbury
Some of you will remember Boss from his younger days with the classic Staffy grin. He’s over 9 now, a little greyer around the face, but still full of that loyal heart.
I got Boss at just 8 weeks old.My kids don’t remember life without him. He’s been their protector, their comfort, their constant through everything life threw at us. 14 months ago, I left a 2 decade relationship with nothing but the clothes on my back. I couldn’t take Boss at the time. Now I’ve been told I have two weeks or he’ll be rehomed elsewhere. That’s not something I can live with.
I’m finally in a place where I can bring him home thanks to my amazing landlord,But he has requested I pay two weeks pet bond. With rent at $850 a week, that’s $1,700, and I’ll also need to get him a kennel, bedding, and essentials to make sure he’s comfortable & settled.
The photo you see is the most recent one of him — it was taken the first time I’d seen him in months but when he saw me his whole body wagged. He remembered me.
I am not someone who asks for help easily, especially not like this. But Boss is part of our family he is mine and my children’s world,& I’m simply not in a financial position to get him home within the timeframe.
He’s the thread that ties together the only version of home my children ever knew.
lf you can help, even a little, I’ll never forget it.
And neither will my kids & Boss.
If any money is raised above the amount this will go towards a vet check (been a while) and getting his vaccines upto date.
