Help me fix my smile

I'm not one to ask for help but I feel this is my last resort to fix the smile I once had I've tried work and income and other government places for help but because I work full time I'm not entitled to the help from them and being a father of 2 soon to be 3 I don't have any spare money to save week to week

It's been a long road trying to get this issue sorted with countless issues arising like tooth aches or infections because younger me was silly and thought drugs etc were cool 🤦‍♂️
