Help me fly, flip and cheer to Hawaii

    I have experienced a life-changing year, and I appreciate the encouragement from everyone online and in-person, as well as the support from locals who helped me begin the year with enthusiasm. Recently, I participated in the Hawaii trials for 2026 and was offered a spot on both level 1 and 2 teams. I hope to take full advantage of this opportunity.

    Since May, I have been working hard to improve my tumbling skills, and after returning from Hawaii, I successfully executed a back handspring and connected it a few weeks later. Last term, I focused on mastering my aerial and front handspring to cartwheel back walkover, and today, I finally achieved my aerial and front handspring round-off back handspring.

    Furthermore, I recently received hearing aids to assist me at school, and the adjustment has been successful. My coaches have been amazing, providing patience and ensuring that I am aware of all developments. We will be traveling to Australia at the end of the month for a cheer competition, and I am excited to share this experience with my team.

  • We Won with a clean sweep

    Well I finally have had time to sit down and settle down after the amazing experience. I first want to thank everyone who had helped Support me on this journey. I was able to Raise enough for my plane ticket which was a great achievement.

    The second was to return home winning 1st place for our level 1 youths and also Grand Champs for all Level 1. This was not what I had expected when I signed up for this experience. Never in a million years had I thought this would be the outcome.

    I feel Truly blessed for all the love and support. Thank you xx

    Thank you to everyone who has helped support my goal. So far I have paid for my flight which is an amazing achievement.

    Two more weeks before we head off to Hawaii it’s getting exciting.

  • Minecraft fundraiser

    Well I did one last fundraiser before we go! It was the Minecraft movie and even if we were last to see it. We had a great time. What a great movie and had amazing friends come and support. Even made some new friends.

  • May competition Month.

    So it has come around fast and with only 3 more Sundays of training with the last week being a 3 day boot camp. The excitement is already starting with updates on the opening ceremony and what to expect. Literally fireworks and then competition on the Saturday (also my 9th birthday).

    On the Last week of the Easter holidays I went to cheer holiday camp. While there I got my back handspring back handspring unaided which was an amazing experience. It was almost a year to the date from when I got my back walkover. I also surprised my mom and connected a round off backhand spring.

    With everything I have done during this process. The one thing that has blown me away is experiencing the generous donations from friends and their family and friends on and off this page. This whole experience has really change myself and my family.

  • I did it!!!

    So I got my backhand spring all by myself yesterday at Hawaii training! My mom was so happy and shocked. I only started learning it in February so it is a big achievement. I still need to get my front walkover faster and perfected. 6 weeks to go.

    Please help support me by sharing with friends and family.

    APD update! My coaches are being more aware which is great (even though hard to do more than they already do). School is working towards providing more help. I definitely feel blessed and loving life.

  • Two more month

    So what an amazing experience we are having training with the Hawaii team. I Have been working hard every Sunday and learning how to be a base and also being a Flyer. I am enjoying the extra training and we are starting to feel the excitement for the trip. I’m so appreciative to be having this experience and thanks to everyone who has helped take the financial pressure off my Mother. This last month I was confirmed to having APD (auditory processing disorder) which I notice I have to work harder in listening when correction are made in a routine with all the other noises. Hopefully this won’t stop me from continuing in this sport, but for now I’m loving every minute.

    We have reached a total of $2.235.00 with funds coming from other fundraisers. $220 from the Movie fundraiser, $500 from a cash donation , $165 from sweet and snack pack sales and a generous $100 donation.

    We are also waiting for the funds from the sale of our climbing frame.

    Well I did it! I may have walked 8K and needed an ice cream to keep me going at 6K. Yet I did it. Please celebrate my achievement with supporting me on my way to Hawaii.
