Fundraising to have bariatric surgery to help with my severe back issues.

Auckland

As most of you will know I have suffered various back issues for the past four years including slipped discs and severe sciatica. This has left me in a position where I am unable to exercise without re-aggrivating my back injuries again and being in a never ending vicious cycle.

I am fundraising towards having weight loss surgery to better my life and be fit again. I would like to raise enough money to cover the costs of bariatric surgery that I would like to take place in April 2018.

Your funds would benefit my quality of life by enabling me to lose weight and have less pressure on my spine and legs.

Use of funds

The funds will be put towards covering the cost of weight loss surgery and specialist fees. If there are any funds left over this will be put towards skin tightening.
