Help me Gain Freedom with a Disabilities Trike

Hello friends, family, and kind-hearted supporters,

My name is Scott, and I am living with a permanent lower back injury and sciatica of the right leg. While I do my best to stay independent, everyday mobility can be difficult. One of my biggest dreams is to have more freedom of movement, enjoy the outdoors, and strengthen my body safely — but right now, I can’t do that without help.

That’s why I am raising funds for a specialized disability trike. Unlike a regular bicycle, a disability trike is designed to give stability, comfort, and support for people with mobility limitations. With this trike, I would be able to:

Safely enjoy exercise that strengthens my muscles and improves circulation

Experience the joy of fresh air and nature without fear of falling

Increase my independence and confidence in everyday life

Share active time with my 6yr old daughter, Ruby, wife, Kathryn, friends and family

Unfortunately, these trikes cost over $20k, which is far beyond what I can afford on my own. I am applying for community disability grants as well to assist in covering the cost.
