Help me get my baby brother a head stone

It has been 20+ years since my little brother has been gone and to this day has still no head stone have tried to attempt to make one , but with the weather and big winds they just blow away. Your probably thinking no way 20 years surely you and your family could have saved. I just recently visited the cemetery which he rests ar recently and is very sad to see that he is the only baby without a head stone and just a small metal plate. I know that he was only born for a few days but I really wish I could do something to get one done for him , i myself was only 2 when he was braught into the world. Have no target as I am wanting to get the best for him since he has waited a long time for a headstone but if basic is all I can reach to I'm sure he will love it to 😊❤ for any one wanting a photo of the finished headstone when completed please feel free to email me , thank you
