HELP ME GET MY BABY HOME :(

So afew weeks ago i found out my baby Gizmo had a broken tail and he wasnt looking to good He was my baby for 12 Years. i begged my mum to get him for me when i was younger.. I then took him to First Vets Wanganui a couple of weeks ago to get him checked out. they told me they thought he'd be fine, that he may need small surgery on his broken tail. but they put the idea in my head that he was going to be okay. So i told them to just help him and get it done. they said the surgery would cost $300 and all id need to pay is the $100 Deposit.. but then call me while I’m at a funeral (which I told them I was going to and not to contact me till after 4pm) and tell me he’s not gunna be okay. Then they lost the food bowl I wanted to keep of his when they put him down. Along with giving mine and another customers cage to the Spca, making me having to go there to pick up which I didn’t mind till everything out of it was missing. Then saying I need to pay a deposit then the cremation fee and they can send him off. And I could set up payment for the rest. All to be told “no we haven’t sent him off he’s been sitting here for 2 weeks waiting for the rest of the vet bill to be paid in full” told one thing then something different the next. Meanwhile my poor baby’s been sitting for 2 weeks in their freezer. I told them I could have taken him to get cremated and paid the $140 for cremation straight to Cremate-a-Mate but they insisted to take him and the cremation money and now are saying they are putting $104 from the Cremation money onto the bill to pay it off. So i am now stuck trying to get together $130 to Pay the cremation bill. Im not begging but i've never done this before so anything will help, i just want my baby boy home :(
