Help me raise funds to get to Canada in June to represent new Zealand in Powerlifting!

Auckland

Hey Friends and Family (both blood and lifting family haha),

It's that time again for me! As most of you know I've been selected by the NZPF to represent New Zealand for the 5th time at world level. This time at the 6th IPF Classic World Powerlifting Championships in Calgary, Canada. Taking place June 6th to 17th.

Some of you may or may not know, but Powerlifting in NZ isn't government funded. We as individuals have to pay the majority of the costs involved in getting to these championships. Although the NZPF generously does what they can to help us, being a small federation there's only so much they can do.

I don't like asking for money, but if you can help in any small way it would be much appreciated. If you can't afford it, please don't give. Instead just leave a message of support, moral support is very valuable to me and helps fuel my sessions on a daily basis.

Thanks for taking the time to read this, that in itself is already a supportive thing for you to do. This year should be my best showing at this level yet!

Kind regards,

John.

Use of funds

Funds will go towards both my flights and accommodation costs.
