Help me put the spool back into TURBO!

So some may know Turbo and some of you may not, but anyone that knows turbo knows how much of a wicked dog he is. To be honest I wouldn't know how many people he knows but unfortunately on the 14th of August while I was walking him he decided to chase a rabbit which ended up running on a road and he was struck by a truck and a car, causing major cranial damaged to the right side of his head and jaw, he's still walking and talking but needs a major operation of his head.

I don't want to give up on him because he wouldn't give up on us, so please help me any way you can as I'm already deep in medical bills and these ones coming are going to be a lot bigger.
