Help me re-emerge

Menopause is a big deal

So is dissolving ones identity

And....

the courage to let one's old self die.

The last 4 years looked like:

Losing connection with my work and community in NZ

Business failures - retreat business collapsing (Covid didn't help)

Losing my identity as a teacher/guide/facilitator

Walking a path to healing my deepest wounds around trusting others, connection, belonging - Thankyou Chiron return .... menopause....and everything that humbled me and brought me to my knees.

However, it has been time to get back up for a while and so I'm leaning into some discomfort around asking for support.

For the last 3+ years I have been training, exploring and delving into the world of trauma resolution, and have been guiding a few awesome clients in my private 1:1 practice.

The biggest part of resolving trauma is ADDING LAYERS OF NON_INVASIVE SUPPORT so in their own right timing, patterns and imprints of threat response held in the body, psyche, soul can unwind, let go and re-organise into trust, capability, capacity and resilience etc.

It's not having the layers of 'support' and necessary resources to deal with the difficulty in the first place that created the trauma response.

I would really love your help to:

Bring my work to those who most need it, and do the Bachelor of Social Services through capable nz, so that money isn't a barrier for people who need my work.

Optimise my new website so I am more visible.

Bring more of my group work to both the NZ market and Internationally.
