Help Michael recover from emergency surgery

Earlier this month Michael had to undergo an emergency surgery to remove part of his bowel and has left him with a colostomy bag which has been dramatically life changing.

Michael is being well supported by his daughters Amelie (12) and Emma (8) ,his parents and partner.

Unfortunately Michael faces further surgery in a few months to rejoin the bowel together which will mean another 6 weeks off work.

Michael is a teacher at Maidstone Intermediate in Upper Hutt. The Principal has been incredibly supportive of Michael and this crisis. Unfortunately he has no leave available and still needs to pay the bills, feed his girls and pay the mortgage.

I am Michael's partner (we do not live together) and I am setting up this page in order to help Michael pay the cost of living until he can get back on his feet again!
