Please help milo to recover he deserves it
Taranaki
Hi there milo is a two year old lovely long haired cat who was my rescue cat after his owners got a dog and he didnt agree with that. Unfortunately on friday night early hours Saturday morning milo came home distressed covered in disposed car oil that smelt so bad of petrol and was that thick he is now up to 8 washes with the vets. Milo sustained burns to his throat paws and left ear there was no way milo had fallen into this as the way it was all down his neck etc had been poured on him. Vets have been amazing milo spent 3 nights there but still struggling to eat.milo came home yesterday and stayed home then went out at night came back hour later came threw cat door and fell to ground then started acting weird his eyes were all funny so i rung vets after hours again meet them there and they confirm milo had been given catnip. This didnt agree with milo as he had just got back from vets had been on gut stimulants to help him try eat after his throat was burnt from the petrol in the oil and he was also on morphine so it really reacted to him. He is still in there recieving treatment now.
Spca are now involved
I am milos owner and the new Plymouth vet group are milos vet
money goes directly to the new plymouth vet group and will be used to help pay off milos vet bill and any medication he may need and the washes he is still needing and gut stimulants as he still not eating right
