Hi everyone, Firstly I would like to start this by saying a massive thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking the time to read our story and donate your own money for Milos care it has been such an emotional time for me navigating through his health journey, and what a massive journey it has been too! On tuesday Milo had some bloods taken after a recent biopsy was taken of his liver which didnt look good, before we could proceed with the removal of the cancer on his leg we had to get him stable and ensure it hadnt gone anywhere else. Luckily it hadnt spread but showed liver disease and he had been on treatment unfortunately he hasnt responded to this 😔 and after further tests it indicates he may have cushioning disease and will under go another test next week. With these tests the vet informed us he has a grade 3 heart murmur too and to put him under a general could potentially take him sooner than we'd like so at this point going forward, he is having tests done medication and will review things from there, but we are leaning towards putting him on comfort care till hes no longer happy and comfortable then we will have to say goodbye, I am devastated. All funds will go on his vet care as it stands this weeks tests and next week will be covered from these funds and I thank you for helping make him comfortable during a difficult time. Hi all thank you so so much for all the donations and the kindness for milo! To say this journey has been easy would be a lie, its been an up and down battle. Milo is a fighter though and he has been through so much in his little life, From a young age milo fell sick and after thousands of dollars and many hospital vet stays and tests it was discovered that he had lupus that itself has been a journey but we managed it so well to the point over the past 3 years he has been extremely stable only having afew flares up which was controlled in a timely manner, he just turned 10 in June something i thought may not happen but I never gave up hope with him! He has been my rock hes been my best friend we have tragically lost two of his best friends eg our other two dogs over the years and it took a massive toll on us both something weve struggled to get past even watching him look for them broke my heart we together had to be strong and find a way through, hes been a big foster brother to many dogs weve rescued and now its my time to return all the love he gave out to others and me to him he deserve more life more fight more love ❤️ he has it In him and I am doing everything I can think of to try make this happen a cancer that can be contained and removed 💙 Please if anyone can help I need my milo hes one in a million to me and I cant imagine life without him till hes an old man and ready for his wings :(
Firstly and mostly thank you so much to every single person whos gone out of their way to donate to Milo i can not thank you all enough! Milo has a vet appointment next week for another round of bloods to see how his body is doing, he has a very infected liver and we have been treating it so having that all stable is a priority before moving towards surgery, but so far I have seen great improvement within him, hes eating well, taking his medication amazing 👏 and hes happy and cheerful and has been enjoying this beautiful warmer spring weather we have. I feel positive that this is the way forward in his care and im so grateful to have amazing support behind us on his journey ❤️ 🙏 I plan to make a Facebook group page everyones welcome to join to see better updates and progress if they wish 🤞 thank you from me and milo

Hi all- as I done a liver biopsy it isnt required with the last quote, I requested a new one which is at a lower amount - THANK GOD! But still alot to raise but im so grateful for the support we have received, the new updated quote is in the photo section, im only asking for enough to cover his sugery ongoing costs and post tests will be on myself as I actively search for work to support Milo the best I can!
