Waikato
After winning Gold for their divisions at the New Zealand Grappler National Jiu Jitsu competition in August, Morgan (age 10), Hailey (age 11) and Tyler have been invited to represent New Zealand at this years Worlds Jiu Jitsu championship in America at the end of October 2018.
This is the first time New Zealand will put forward a national team to compete at Worlds. The opportunity for these kids to form part of the New Zealand team is an amazing accomplishment and an opportunity we definitely don't want them to miss out on... which is why we need your help!! We will do everything we can to get them there.
Morgan, Hailey and Tyler train under Craig Nicholls, head coach from Waikato Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy in Hamilton. They train hard numerous times per week and would love to bring home some medals for New Zealand. They are passionate about their sport, understand the significance of representing their country and want to make our country proud!
We need support to get these kids to WORLDS!!
