Help Ta Mahanga Tukunga with the cost of haemodialysis for an End Stage Kidney Failure
Auckland
Mr Ta Mahanga Tukunga is a 24 year old law student who is currently in New Zealand seeking medical treatment for an End Stage Kidney Failure. He is undergoing haemodialysis three times a week, in the Auckland hospital while searching for a possible donor. As he is not a permanent resident of New Zealand the medical treatment is a very costly process. It has been a year since he started on haemodialysis and it already have financial implications on families, relatives and friends who were willing to help.
As there is no short cut to living a normal life again, the haemodialysis treatment need to continue at the mercy of us as the crowd, hence the purpose of this page. Every single cents raise in this page and other fundraising initiatives by families and relatives will be paid to the Auckland District Health Board to reduce the mounting medical bills and to ensure continuation of treatment, until a donor is found.
