My brother Sean is a FTM transgender. He has just turned 16 and is wanting to change his name and sex on his birth certificate before sitting his licence. Any other money will go into savings for top surgery. My mum has been a solo mum for 25 years and is trying her hardest with everything so i would just like to help her to make my brothers wishes come true. thank you
