Help my mum restart her life

My mum, Sri, has just lost her husband of about 46 years (my amazing dad, Karjo) and her daughter (my wonderful little sister Susi). Both passed away within the last two weeks from covid. My dad died in an isolation ward in a hospital, and Susi died at home not long after. There were no ICU wards or ventilators available for either of them as the health system is overwhelmed.

My mum lived in Jakarta with my dad and sister. Now that they're both gone, she's feeling lost and alone. My brother Veri will take her to his town in central Java where he'll be able to look after her. She has no other close family in Jakarta or Java.

My older sister Yani lives in Darwin, and my younger brother Randi lives in Tokyo, so none of us can visit for a while, which makes it all the more devastating.

Money raised is for my mum to start a new life, whether that's to move to central Java or take some time out before starting again by herself in Jakarta.

Hopefully, we can also move the caskets of my dad and sister from the emergency covid-graveyard to our village home when the time is right.
