Help my Ralphy survive

Hi guys, as you may know my gorgeous boy had soft palate surgery on Monday. My Ralphy now has pneumonia badly. My heart is broken. He was fine this morning, then when he was in the car this afternoon, he went downhill, vomited, pooed himself, then got a purple tongue, gasping for air. We rushed him to the vet where he was put on oxygen and sedated to have some X-rays done, which showed he has pneumonia. He can’t survive with out an oxygen tube and oxygen flowing to him. He now has to go to over night vet and put on a ventilator which is costing $8000 - $10,000 a night. Another option was euthanasia but that’s my last resort. I will do anything to keep my angel baby alive as he’s helped me survive. I love him to bits, and my heart is shattered. We have pet insurance however this will max it out instantly. I would be grateful for any help to help keep my special Ralphy alive 😭🩷
