Help my son get his dream birthday

Hi all, my names tayla and I am a mother to two little boys ( kasey) age 3 and kaizah and 1, my oldest boy kasey has a condition called multi cystic displastic kidney. This means he only has use of one kidney and will never have both working, doctors wanted his bad kidney to dissappear on its own and the body take it in, but this isn't happening on its own and can cause major health issues. We as a family were planning on saving as much as we can in hope to take him up to rainbows end for his 4th birthday. But unfortunately he will be recovering from his surgery then! We are hoping to raise some money for him so we can take him over there for a early birthday 🎉 I know it would make his dreams come true!!
