Help Nancy fight Cancer: Your Support Can Save Her Life
Auckland
Dear All,
Nancy Lim has always been a pillar of strength and kindness to everyone around her. As a Project Planning Engineer and friend, she faces challenges with unwavering determination and positivity.
Since being diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer in 08/2022 at age 38, she has undergone 32 chemotherapy cycles, 16 immunotherapy cycles, 10 months of targeted therapy, 24 hours of gamma knife surgery for brain metastases, and radiotherapy for her spine and bones. These treatments have been grueling, but they gave her 2.5 years of improved quality of life, allowing her to regain mobility, return to work, and create precious memories with loved ones.
Now, she has exhausted all standard treatment options. After thorough research, she has identified interventional therapy as her best hope. With a 30–50% chance of stabilising her condition, it comes at a cost of NZD78k —a sum far beyond her financial capacity after spending all her resources on previous treatments.
Nancy’s resilience and optimism have carried her far, but the financial burden of cancer treatment is overwhelming. With your support, Nancy can access this vital therapy and continue her fight to live fully and meaningfully.
Supporting Nancy means giving her the chance to keep fighting, keep inspiring, and keep living with dignity and hope.
Your donation, big or small, or even sharing her story, can make an incredible difference. Let’s come together to help Nancy take the next step in her journey.
Thanks for your generosity.
