Help Our Mum Fight Stage 4 Cancer with Immunotherapy (Pembrolizumab) - Updates

Mum got her CT scan results today which were SO GOOD! The oncologist is happy with mums treatment, results and symptoms. Her blood tests are coming back good every week too. They’re unsure of exactly how much the chemo OR immunotherapy is contributing to the results but they’re happy nonetheless. Mum is feeling good mentally and physically. She’s tired but that’s about it! So all in all she is doing extremely well and is SO happy going into Xmas with these results and feelings.

Week 3/18 Chemo treatment

25 September 2025

Mum is having her 3rd Chemo treatment today and she is feeling great! She has lots of energy, a huge appetite and feeling very positive.

Mum is on a strict clean diet which is basically sugar and complex carbs free. She’s killing the diet and feeling better for it.

Mum sends her gratitude to everyone for all the wonderful support!

Immunotherapy - 1st round

12 September 2025

Today Mum had her first round of immunotherapy. Her treatments will take place every six weeks for the next year. This morning was rough (after yesterday’s Chemo), but thankfully her pain has settled and she is mainly feeling tired now. Thank you to everyone who has supported mum thus far! We are forever grateful 🫶🏽
