Help GJ Gain Mobility with Intensive Therapy!
We’re raising funds to help GJ with GDD attend a life-changing movement program in Rotorua.

GJ has severe Global Developmental Delay (GDD), which impacts his mobility and independence. Despite working with specialists and using the resources we have at home, his progress has been limited. We’ve recently discovered an amazing opportunity for him to participate in a one-week intensive movement program with the Centre of Movement in November 2025.
This program could make a huge difference in his mobility, but unfortunately, it’s not funded by the government despite our efforts to secure support. To make it happen, we’ll also need to cover accommodation costs, as the closest centre is in Rotorua (the only other location being Christchurch).
We’re reaching out to our community for help because every little bit counts, and your support could open up new possibilities for our boy’s future. If you can’t contribute financially, sharing our story would mean the world to us!

Use of funds
The money will cover the $2,700 program cost, with any remaining funds going towards accessible and affordable accommodation, also travel costs for a on-the-road round trip from Auckland to Rotorua.

Thanks to your generosity and $1,000 we've managed to save ourselves, we’ve been able to lower our fundraising goal from $4,000 to $3,000.
