Help our Tournament of Minds Teams get to Wellington
Help all members of the ROPS Tournament of Minds Teams go to Wellington.
Royal Oak, Auckland
Two of our Tournament of Minds team won their category at the Auckland regional competition. They’d love to be able to compete at the national competition in Wellington. They only have 2 weeks to raise money for flights and accommodation.
Any contributions would make a huge difference to these teams and enable all team members to attend.
Tournament of Minds (TOM) is a program for all primary and secondary students providing the opportunity to solve authentic, open-ended challenges that foster creative, divergent thinking whilst developing collaborative enterprise, excellence and teamwork.
About us
Royal Oak School is a caring multi-cultural school based at the base of Maungakiekie in Auckland. We pride ourselves on providing students with a wide range of opportunities that promote musical, creative, cultural, sporting and academic achievement.
Use of funds
Donations will support families to pay for flights, accommodation, and transport.

Thank you to everyone for their incredible contributions to our ToM teams. They were all fantastic problem solvers, creative thinkers and wonderful performers. Your support has considerably contributed to the cost of flights, accommodation and food for this exciting trip. Both teams competed so well and congratulations to the ARTS team who achieved an outstanding second place in their category.
