Help Palepua swim across Apolima Strait

Swim for my Nana

Hello - My name is Palepua, I'm 12yrs old and I'm swimming Apolima Strait on 31 March and I need your help. I want to be the youngest person to swim Apolima Strait in Samoa. I am requesting your help so I can achieve my goal and to fundraise for the good work that is done by the Samoa Cancer Society (SCS) to fight Cancer and help sufferers of the disease in Samoa. In January 2020, I lost my nana to Cancer. My aunt is also fighting the disease after a double mastectomy late last year. Please help me raise funds for SCS and to help me be the youngest person to swim from Upolu to Savai'i.

I was so happy that my nana saw me swim at competition before she passed away. This swim is for my nana. She will be my inspiration as I swim the 22.3km distance.

The target is $12k - anything over $7k goes to Samoa Cancer Society.

Palepua's Swim Campaign costs is $7k. It includes travel from NZ to Samoa for him, his mum and his coach. There is 3 days of accommodation and the cost of entering the swim.

Airfares

$650 per person ex Auckland, $1,950.00

Accommodation 4 nights Samoa - $800 NZD

Cost of the Swim, $2,900 includes support boat.

Food/Meals - $1,000 (3 people)
