If you know Pat and Tracy, you will know that they are always there to help their family and friends in whatever way they can. Their door is always open and they always make everyone feel welcome and at home, even now when Pat is fighting a terrible battle with two forms of cancer.
What you may not know is that it has been their lifelong dream to travel around the South Island together and, all going well, they would like to do this when Pat has finished his chemo treatments - Spring 2021.
To help them achieve this dream, we have created this page and are asking friends and family to please contribute as a way of saying thank you for all the hospitality and kindness they have shown us over the years. Please donate whatever you can and share this Give A Little page with as many people as you can. Every dollar counts and will be gratefully received.

Use of funds
Travel and accommodation costs. Any surplus will be used to help Pat and Tracy cover other essential household costs.

Almost half way there... 9 July 2021
Thank you again to everyone who has kindly donated to this fundraising initiative. We are almost half way there!
We have had some amazing donations from "guest donors"... it truly warms my heart to know that there are people out there who still practice random acts of kindness. A very big thank you to you!
This fundraising drive will come to an end at the end of August so there is still time to donate if you haven't already done so. It would be absolutely amazing if we could reach the $3k target... as we all know, travelling around the South Island isn't cheap.
So, if you haven't as yet made a contribution, please do so soon. Funds raised through this page are only paid over to Pat and Trace around the 20th of the month following and they will need to access the money sooner rather than later so that they can book accommodation etc.
If you have already contributed but know of someone who isn't aware of this initiative, please share the link to this page with them.
