Help Peter Rabbit Get the Care He Needs: Surgery Fund

    Peter has now had 6 teeth out and has had his post op check up and is recovering very well. After the first day he was back to eating hay, veggies and pellets so he is adjusting fantastically well, although he does not like the taste of the antibiotics!

    We are so grateful for everyone that has supported us and will pay it forward in the future :)

  • Bit of a setback...

    The night before his surgery (20th Jan), Peter chipped a tooth, which led to a postponement of the procedure. In the meantime, we’ve had to cover the cost of tooth filing to keep him comfortable, adding unexpected expenses (bill attached in photos). The original surgery cost does not include the follow-up vet appointments, the filing, or the critical care food Peter needs. What started as an estimated cost of $1800-2400 has escalated much more quickly than we anticipated (good job he's cute!)
