Help Pia Barrett fight Triple Negative Breast Cancer so she can raise her young family

My close friend Pia Barrett has recently been diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC).

This cancer is usually aggressive, harder to treat, and more likely to come back. A shocking and heartbreaking diagnosis for Pia and her young family.

Currently, the best chance for Pia is Pembrolizumab, a drug that is not funded by Pharmac for her stage 2 cancer (only funded for stage 4).

Pia’s oncology team know that this medication is her best chance at long-term survival, giving her more time with her two young children, Lilly (8), Izzy (4) and her husband Rob.

Your donation will only be used towards helping fund Pembrolizumab, which has shown promising results. It is expensive. The family need $70,000 - $105,000 for one year on this unfunded treatment.
