Help pls to pay $289 Public Trust fee for end of Life Stage.

I am Nora Falconer wife of Wayne R Falconer. He has left leg that is dying and surgery can't be performed as his heart is pumping very low. He is at end of life stage at Wellington Hospital and doesn't have long to live maybe a day or 2 Doctors not sure. His organs are slowing failing and I organised a Final Will with Public Trust but I can't afford the fee of $289. He is a man for over 15 years of marriage and together total of over 30 years. He has taken care of me and our children with no complaints. Working late night b4 but still gets up 4.25am to.make my breakfast. Where will I find a man like that. There isn't much options left for him other than making him comfortable before death. He worked at Tawhirimatea for over 10 years and loved by patients & staff. Any small donation to help us will he greatly appre8d as I am the main income earner.
