Help Ponczka the lotto dog with her unexpected vet bills

Our wee girl Ponczka gave us the fright of our lives when she was struck down with an extreme case of Hemorrhagic gastroenteritis. Severely dehydrated and going downhill extremely quickly we had to make the scary night time trip to the emergency vet. She is my husband's first dog and there was no question we would do whatever we could to save her. We are now in a difficult position and fundraising to pay her vet bill which is in the thousands. We are a family of animals lovers and have donated time and money for many years so hope our good karma will find us now.
