Help provide food, clothing and school supplies in Arusha Tanzania

    After using majority of the fund money to go towards stationary, clothes and food there was a smaller sum that when towards a few more meals and a bunch of towels. The wonderful boarders at Patmos Island school had their graduation last week and some of the funds went towards celebrating their success with a nicer meal than they are used to. Many of these kids don’t have parents in their lives or near to them to celebrate this wonderful achievement and this evening was very special for them. I also discovered that none of these kids had any towels so the last sum of money went to getting each of them a towel. Once again, thank you so much to each one of you who donated, your generosity has gone a long way and many people are very grateful.

  • Update on funds

    Thank you so much to everyone who has donated! So far the funds have been going to equipping my class with stationary and posters and also to getting clothes for the 21 wonderful kids who live at the school. Some kids don't have any parents or have difticult living situations and only have their school uniform to wear 24/7. Some of your amazing donations are going towards giving each kid a new set of clothes that fit them.

    I'll keep you updated on where the rest of the money goes :)

    As of now the donations have gone to some school supplies (such as posters, pens, crayons and paper), and soon they will be going to meals to be made and donated for some homeless locals and to buy clothes and uniforms for some local school kids. Thank you!
