Help Rebuild whanaus Lives After Devastating House Fire

Our family has been turned upside down by a devastating house fire that has left my sister, her two close friends, our two young nephews, and our little brother without a home and without the things most of us take for granted every day.

In a matter of moments, they lost everything — their clothes, personal belongings, furniture, keepsakes, school supplies, and the sense of safety that comes with having a place to call home. The house wasn’t just a building; it was where birthdays were celebrated, memories were made, and where the kids felt secure. Now they are facing the overwhelming reality of starting over from nothing.

Right now, they are doing their best to stay strong for one another, especially for the children, but the emotional and financial toll is immense. Replacing basic necessities, finding stable accommodation, and rebuilding their lives will take time and support from the community around them.

Unfortunately, none of their belongings were insured. We are reaching out with humble hearts to ask for any help you may be able to give. Every contribution, no matter how small, will go directly toward essentials like clothing, food, temporary housing, school items, and helping them take the first steps toward rebuilding their lives.
