Help River go perform in New York City!

Ever since I was a little kid in community theatre shows l've dreamed of one day getting to perform in New York City, and with help I have the opportunity to do just that in 2026!

In late 2024, I auditioned and was cast in the 2026 Kiwi All Stars tour around the United States! In January and February of next year along with a small group of fellow Kiwi performers, I will be learning and rehearsing a show in NYC over the span of four days before touring it across the country for a few weeks. Our group will eventually be representing Aotearoa as the guest act at the enormous 2026 Junior Theatre Festival West, and I am so insanely excited because I will get to be workshopping and personally being taught by actual Broadway professionals and industry creatives! This opportunity is a realization of all the wildest goals I've had since my first show at 4 years old, and will be an invaluable learning experience and taster for my dream career as a musical theatre performer.

However, this opportunity is very costly! In order to go represent NZ and realize this dream, I have to raise a base amount of about $12,000 dollars to pay the organizers for flights and accommodation over the Jan-Feb period, plus additional expenses for any food or other necessary trip related costs.
