Help Romeo recover from vicious dog attack!

so sorry to hear about this attack... my dog suffered a simmilar type of attack but not nearly as severe... my 4 y/old daughter withnessed it... and he had to be shaved and stapled together.... it was very traumatising... I hope you have given the pitbulll owners details to the police and animal control..... he can be prosecuted and taken to court... and his dog registered as a dangerous dog... which will make the owner more responsible (maybe leash and muzzle him)... a second attack would see the dog put down immediately... pity the owner doesnt get the same ... its actually the owner who is at fault.... but like the dog that attacked my little aussie rescue dog the owner verbally abused me and just took off... these people should not own dogs.. much love to little Romeo...
