Help Save Huxie

June 22nd I took the dogs out for a quick walk before doing errands and taking them for a hike. Huxie ran ahead as he usually does and played with the other two before vanishing. I didn't think much of it then after not seeing him for 10min I started calling and calling. He didn't come. I searched and searched until we eventually found him stiff on the ground and raced him to the vet. They ran basic bloods and referred him to ARC (animal referral centre) as he was too injured for them.

ARC believes its a spinal injury as he has no movement of his left side/back legs or a brain/neurological injury.

While we have insurance there is a long and expensive road ahead of us to get Huxie the very best care and diagnostics he deserves. We have X rays happening now and a MRI is booked in for Monday when they have staff to run it.
