Help save my brother's life

My Brother back home in the Philippines is diabetic and was amputated few years back. His kidney is failing and at the moment only 2% working. He badly needs to undergo dialysis, since we can't afford it financially we delayed it, until last Wednesday 16 October he's rushed to the hospital because he's having a hard time breathing. The doctors then need to intubate him and hook him to a breathing machine. Doctors said he has severe acidosis too. He needs to undergo emergency dialysis via IJ Catheter which is very prone to infection - one of the enemies of diabetic patients. At the moment the hospital bill is off the roof, and we badly need financial assistance. The doctor said my brother needs to undergo surgery and get a permanent access called AV Fistula for his lifetime dialysis treatment. Sadly we would need to postpone it again as we can't pay for it. Our family is asking for a financial assistance from you, so we can pay off the huge hospital bill also to proceed with the AV Fistula surgery for my brothers lifetime dialysis.
