Help save our Meg

Our special, sweet Meg has been on a very difficult journey these past few weeks and our hearts are heavy watching her fight so bravely. Her chemo and aftercare treatments have been unpredictable and we are still learning how to manage the ups and downs, although lately there have been more hard days than good ones. She has become very weak from not being able to eat and has lost more weight. Simple things like standing and walking are now a struggle. When she tries, she often stumbles and her legs give way beneath her. We have made several emergency vet visits, and her white blood cell count has dropped, which means she now needs hormone injections, which we are giving her and even closer care and monitoring.

Despite everything, Meg continues to show her gentle spirit and we are holding onto hope with everything we have. It has been heartbreaking to see her go through this, but we are committed to doing all we can to give her comfort, care and every possible chance. We are so grateful for the kindness, prayers and support we have already received. If you are able to help, through sharing her story, keeping her in your thoughts or donating, it truly means more than we can say. Thank you for standing with Meg and with us during this extremely difficult and heartbreaking time.
