I work in the legal field and wonder if you have actually retained lawyers/gotten a quote? i.e. how did you come up with the figure of 65k and has a firm actually agreed to take this case on?

Hi Martha.

Yes we have already retained a lawyer it is one of NZ top lawyer.

This is a figure that we were quoted because this rule has to be overturned as the council passed it through with out consulting us. Hence why the great expense.
