Help Sophia to stay with her family

Our family came to New Zealand with hope — hope for safety, stability, and a future built on honesty and hard work. This country has become our home.

Our youngest daughter, Sophia, is a gentle, joyful little girl diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Global Developmental Delay. With the love of her family, she has made beautiful progress. Every new word, every small step forward, is a victory we celebrate together.

Recently, Sophia’s student visa was declined on medical grounds. We are now going through a formal reconsideration process, supported by updated medical and educational reports that show her development and ongoing improvements.

This process, however, comes with heavy and unexpected costs— immigration lawyers assistance around $ 8000, medical assessments around $900, official fees, and travel expenses with specialized doctor out of our region we don't know how much goes for that. As a working family, we are doing everything we can, but we cannot manage this alone.

We are asking for your kindness and solidarity to help us keep Sophia with her family— where she feels safe, loved, and supported. Your contribution will help cover the costs needed to continue this process and give our daughter the chance to stay in the place she now calls home.
