A quick update and video of where things are at, quite a bit of renovations needed to get the premises retail ready and trying to manage the financials, as we have had much income since Dec 24th
We're viewing a suitable location this week, it's a building I'd hoped to have been able to view just after Christmas, although it's taken until now to organize in with the current tenant. It has the potential to create an outstanding customer experience, it's just the case of cash flow as this process has taken longer than I'd expected, hence our Give A Little page. As the income from our Dec sale is diminishing quickly, especially after staff and tax costs taken out.

Four years worth of 2nd hand book selling is now in our warehouse awaiting a new location when we find one.
