Kia ora Cheryl and thank you,

Even after years she is still very well thought of here among the Maori Television whanau her tenure here was nothing short of brilliant. We have a lot of time for her and admittedly felt sad not only for their circumstances but for the fact that she hadn't reached out to us here. Heoi ano, kei te pai.

The koha has come from the network, I really must clarify that, my whanau and I have also made a private contribution to the account.

Nga mihi e hoa,

na TJ

Thomas asks

Kia ora Cheryl,

My name is Thomas (TJ). I am a friend and former colleague of Caroline's.

I've come across this link through a mutual friend who forwarded it on by email.

There are a number of us (all friends/former colleagues) who would like to make a sizeable lump sum donation. Given the summary of their situation it is my understanding that the funds are needed urgently. Will Caroline be able to draw upon the funds straight away are there taxes administration fees taken from the donation of any kind? May I ask what their goal is? As a group we believe we can help considerably.

Naku iti noa,

na, TJ.

Cheryl

Hi Thomas,

Our goal is to reach $50,000.

Donations are paid out around the 20th - 25th the following month so if we are still raising money while she is overseas, she can still access it. Givealttle takes a flat fee of 5% (GST Inclusive).

Donations over $5 are eligible for 33.33% tax credit.

Thanks

Cheryl
