Help Support ❤️ Nic and Her Family – She Needs Us Now More Than Ever

My amazing friend Nic is continuing her incredibly brave journey with cancer, and while she remains positive and strong, her family is facing tough challenges.

Recently, Nic experienced increased nausea and liver pain, resulting in several hospital visits. Scans and symptoms suggest infection and likely tumour growth — these “little monsters,” as she calls them, are now pressing on her bile ducts.

Her oncologist has now started her on unfunded treatments: cetuximab and encorafenib (in Nic’s words, Pam’s brand equivalent), alongside her regular chemo.

Nic is now three rounds into Folfox chemo and two round into this new treatment duo. A scan in the coming weeks will show how it's working, and we’re all hoping for good news.
