Auckland
Kia ora,
Our dad is currently fighting the biggest battle of his life; Stage 4 Renal Cell Carcinoma.
A Proud descendant of Te Aupōuri, Ngāti Kuri, Ngāi Takoto.
A Loyal Husband, Cheeky Dad and Passionate Papa who sadly has exhausted the public health system
with his current treatment that is no longer working and he now needs our help to fund an alternative cancer treatment.
A solid member of the Ōtara Scorpions Rugby League Club and the Scorpion Riders he has fought hard!
As a committed kaihautū and advocate for kaupapa waka, serving as long time kaihoe for Ngātokimatawhaorua, Papa Ron will continue to fight!
Our dad loves nothing more but to spend his days fishing and hanging out with our big beautiful whānau.
With your help and the help of a private health treatment, Immunotherapy. Papa Ronald will be able to do so, with quality of life that he richly deserves.
He will begin with one dose of Immunotherapy every 21 days for 3 doses. If successful he will progress to double doses every 6 weeks.
However, Immunotherapy is extremely expensive! We’re talking about treatments that will cost $100,000!
We want to raise awareness for Māori and Pacific Island whānau who are predominantly affected by Cancer.
Māori and Pacific Island whānau who live in low socio economic communities who cannot afford alternative treatment such as Immunotherapy.
Help us raise awareness and funds to relieve some of the financial pressure that comes with fighting cancer.
Whatever you contribute, we appreciate you.
Kāore te puna aroha e mimiti ki a koutou e whakaaro nui mai ki tō mātou Pāpā.
E manako nui ana mātou, nā to rourou, nā toku rourou, ka whai ōranga tō mātou Poutokomanawa.
E mihi kau ana ki a koutou katoa.
We are the children of the payee and the person we are raising the money for
